Dear Lauren,
I am writing on behalf of H. M., a 20 year old young man who
recently died here at CHOP from leukemia. H. M. has been treated here since his diagnosis in November, 2005,
but he did not respond to the therapy.
N. M.
was a very independent young man who had been living on his own for the past several years, although his family was emotionally
supportive to him during his therapy. I am requesting assistance from the Kevin Boyle Foundation in the amount of $500 to
be put toward his funeral expenses.
