Dear Lauren,
I am writing on behalf of S. R. , a 15
year-old young woman who is currently receiving palliative chemotherapy for a brain tumor. S.R. lives with her mother
and two sisters in Delaware. Her mother works here at CHOP and has had to take some time off from work in order to care
for S. R.
Due to the additional expenses surrounding her care, I am requesting assistance for the Boyle Foundation
in the amount of $448.84 for the family's car payment.
